Internal Users

• Staff submissions: Admins and Editors can create, edit, and retire properties directly inside Sitehunt.
• Role‑based permissions: Use User Roles & Permissions to control who can create or approve new listings.
• Audit trails: Every change is logged, so you always know who added or modified a site.

External Contributors

• Public submission forms: Brokers, landowners, and municipal partners can submit properties through write‑only forms with required fields and file uploads.
• Approval workflows: Submissions route to designated reviewers who can approve, request changes, or decline before anything appears in the public portal.
• Status tracking: Contributors can see where their submission is in the process, reducing one‑off status emails.

All approved listings become part of your main Property Database and can be enriched, scored in RFI Automation, and displayed in your Public Portal.
