Core Roles

  • Admins: Full control over configuration, users, and data, including enrichment settings and integrations.
  • Editors: Create and maintain properties, run reports, work RFIs, and manage attachments.
  • Viewers: Read‑only access for leadership, partners, or staff who need visibility but not edit rights.

Flexible Access

  • Per‑organization scopes: In multi‑organization setups using the EDO Partnership Model, each partner manages its own users and roles.
  • Feature‑aware: Combine roles with specific feature access—for example, RFI tools for a subset of users.
  • Audit support: All role changes are captured in History & Audit Trail.
