• Address or parcel ID: Type in an address or APN and Sitehunt locates and outlines the correct parcel or parcels.
• PDFs and brochures: Upload marketing flyers or site packets; key details can be extracted and attached to the new record.
• Spreadsheets: Import CSV or Excel files with column mapping so your existing lists become standardized property records.
• GIS layers: Bring in shapefiles or GeoJSON layers to rapidly bootstrap your inventory from existing GIS work.

Every new property created through intake immediately becomes part of the Property Database and is eligible for Data Enrichment.
