We conducted a detailed survey to uncover the questions that site selectors most frequently ask. Our approach involved reaching out to a diverse group of site selectors and compiling their input, resulting in an extensive list of 600+ commonly asked questions regarding various site characteristics.
Our structured questioning approach is designed to enable users to provide essential information efficiently. This model is akin to the interfaces of programs like QuickBooks or TurboTax, guiding users through a series of questions where they can respond with “yes,” “no,” or choose to “skip” certain queries as needed. This structure facilitates a quick and comprehensive data collection process.
Moreover, the integration of AI-generated insights enhances this method by offering useful guidance for each question. For example, when asked about light industrial use, the system may present pertinent options for consideration. Users can rely on these AI suggestions, along with on-screen help text, to deliver accurate responses.
Our survey-driven question compilation and organized delivery system ensure that site selectors have access to critical information tailored to any site they evaluate.
