• Filter on the map: Use filters for size, property type, zoning, status, or enrichment attributes directly from the map view.
• Switch base maps: Toggle between street, satellite, and other base maps for different use cases.

Layers Without GIS Headaches

• Standard layers: Turn on utilities, transportation, environmental, incentives, and demographic layers described in Maps & Layers.
• Drive‑time and radius tools: Draw radius and drivetime polygons to support Labor‑Shed & Drivetime analysis.
